The idea is to okay like 40 minutes. So teams warm up individually for around 30 minutes and then two 20 minutes half’s.

We had a fun session today. Declan came out as well. Boys were shooting on goal as everyone arrived. Kosuke led laps and then a basic warmup. We then played 20mins of small sided game on a 45 x 30 space with pugs. Was a lot of fun. 6 v 6 is what we had. The passing and link up play naturally happened. Although there were some who wanted to dribble into pressure when a quick pass outside away from pressure creates an opportunity to switch and get a shot off before defenders can switch and recover. Then we played with big goals. Jay and Pierce playing goalie respectively. Later Chris Chen subbed goalie for Jay. We played 3 ten minute sessions with big goal. Then to end they played “last man standing 🧍‍♂️ “ everyone takes penalties one at a time. You miss, you’re out. Play until last man standing. Ended up being Jackson. 👍 Hope the training report Helps. They had lots of fun and I Feel it was important to keep it light loose and fun today. This was hardest week of season with all the injuries too. Next week we ramp up for first game so it was fun to let them enjoy themselves but also put some training in. They did get lots of running passing and shooting today
